For the second year in a row, Fire It Up Pizza delivered an outstanding product and service for our community event! As was the case last year, people raved about how delicious the pizzas are, the great variety offered, and the wonderful and accommodating server. Dexter and Jess are easy and fun to work with, and we look forward to partnering again with them next year … our community members demand it!

I used Fire It Up Pizza this weekend and they were absolutely FABULOUS! Dexter was so easy to work and communicate with. Their operation is flawless! They were making pizzas continuously for 100 people to eat. The buffet table was always full and they even boxed up everything that was left at the end and left it for us. People raved about how good the food was. We had to deal with very extreme thunderstorms and Dexter and his crew were so prepared and smiles never faded from their faces. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

We used Fire it Up Pizza at Lake Shore Village Resort. We had 100 guests from out of town who raved about the food! Dexter was very professional and organized. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! They took care of everything and we got lots of compliments on the pizza. The display was beautiful and they were so friendly! I would highly recommend!

We booked them without trying the pizza, but were not worried at all from the fantastic reviews and delicious looking photos. Everything was amazing! They were also so kind to make some vegan and gluten free pizzas for some of our guests, and the recyclable and compostable plates and utensils were a big hit.

We had Fire-It-Up cater our rustic backyard gathering of almost 200 people. They did a phenomenal job with cocktail hour and dinner. Everyone was full and I’m still hearing about how much people enjoyed the pizza!!
They really went above and beyond, even making a vegan pizza for our vegan relatives. They so appreciated it and reached out to me to say how accommodating they were.

We had the amazing Fire it Up Pizza for a family group of 14 and it was FABULOUS!! We worked with Dexter to decide on a menu and he accommodated our range of tastes and came up with some delicious choices! We loved all of the selections….vegetarian, cheeseburger, etc, not to mention the dessert pizzas– s’mores and berry with chocolate. Highly recommended!!!

Fire It Up! was a huge success at my Uncle’s 70th Birthday bash! The pizza was delicious. The guests were like vultures, as soon as the pizza hit the table it was gone. At one point, a little girl was distraught at not having a piece of pepperoni – Dexter promptly fixed that by inviting the girl into the prep tent, fixed a special pepperoni pizza, and delivered her two pieces hot out of the oven!!
Not only was the pizza delicious but Dexter’s customer service is top notch. He was very communicative before the event, which allowed us all to focus on the other party preparations. Dexter arrived on time, had pizza ready exactly at 5pm as planned and above all was a delight. Dexter and his team were all very personable – friendly, entertaining, and patient answering the many hundreds of questions about the art and science of wood-fired pizza.
We all highly recommend Fire It Up – any event you have will be a success with Dexter and his pizza.
