Fire It Up Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza offers craft pizza, appetizers, salads, and desserts with exceptional attention to detail and friendly service. From casual backyard gatherings and birthdays to rehearsal dinners and family reunions, Fire It Up happily accommodates 40 to 150 guests.

Please note that while Fire It Up loves catering for rehearsal dinners and all sorts of backyard events, we respectfully decline catering for weddings, thank you for your understanding.

Menu & Pricing

For thousands of years, people have used fire to cook. Wood-fired pizza has a taste and crispiness that can’t be matched by conventional cooking. Fire It Up uses a back-to-basics approach. Everything is hand prepared and cooked by wood fire with the freshest local ingredients available.

Minimum 50 guests with choice of 5 pizzas, 2 hours of all you can eat buffet-style service, biodegradable plates, napkins, and forks. 45 minutes travel from Grantham, NH. Payment due prior to service.

Pizzas

We welcome special requests, if there is a particular topping that you’d like served at your event, just talk to Dexter ahead of time to make arrangements. Gluten-free and vegan options are also available upon advanced request, please note that these are offered to accommodate lifestyle choice NOT allergies.

  • Cheese – Red sauce with mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni – Red sauce with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese
  • Margherita – Garlic olive oil with tomato and mozzarella, finished with fresh basil and balsamic drizzle
  • Portabella – Garlic olive oil with portabella mushrooms, caramelized onions and mozzarella cheese topped with fresh basil and balsamic glaze.
  • Greek – Garlic olive oil with roasted red peppers, red onion, marinated artichoke hearts, spinach, kalamata olives and feta cheese.
  • Hawaiian – Red sauce with smoked ham, pineapple and mozzarella cheese
  • Pesto Chicken – Pesto sauce with oven-roasted chicken, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
  • Pesto Tomato – Pesto sauce with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
  • Steak and Cheese – Garlic olive oil with grass-fed steak, sauteed mushrooms, onion, and peppers and American cheese, finished with pepperoncinis
  • Chicken Bacon Ranch – Garlic olive oil with oven-roasted chicken, smoked bacon, broccoli, and mozzarella cheese, finished with Ranch dressing
  • BBQ Chicken – BBQ sauce, oven-roasted chicken, caramelized onion, smoked bacon, pineapple and mozzarella cheese topped with fresh green onions
  • Hamburger – Garlic olive oil with grass-fed burger and mozzarella cheese, finished with coleslaw, pickles and Russian dressing
  • Supreme – Red sauce with sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers and mozzarella cheese
  • Buffalo Chicken – Hot sauce with oven-roasted chicken, smoked bacon, and mozzarella cheese, topped with ranch dressing and green onions
  • Ginger Pork Dumpling – Garlic olive oil with ginger marinated ground pork and mozzarella cheese finished with Asian slaw and crispy wontons
  • Dessert Options
    • Fresh Berry – Cream cheese, fresh berries and chocolate chips
    • Apple Crisp- Whipped maple cinnamon cream cheese, apple slices, crisp topping, maple syrup drizzle.

Salad Bar ($4 per person)

  • Caesar – Romaine, Parmesan cheese and croutons with Caesar dressing
  • Garden – Lettuce blend, cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes with assorted dressings

Appetizers ($5 per person)

  • Caprese Skewers – Cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil with balsamic drizzle
  • Apple Smoked Hot Wings – Crispy mouth-watering chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy sauce served with ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Oven-Roasted Mushrooms – Fresh mushroom caps hand-filled with homemade sausage or veggie stuffing

Cheese Table ($5 per person, includes the following)

  • Cheese – Assorted local cheese such as sharp cheddar, smoked Gouda, blue cheese, goat cheese and cranberry cheddar
  • Bread – Fresh baked, local bread sliced for easy buffet-style snacking
  • Whipped Butter – Homemade, sweetened and whipped butter
  • Crackers – Assorted gourmet crackers
  • Beautiful Presentation – All of the above is elegantly presented with crisp red and green leaf lettuce and plump juicy red and green grapes

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What do you use to cook your pizzas? We have a custom built mobile pizza oven that we built from the ground up just to cook you great pizza. It’s fired by locally provided kiln-dried wood.
  2. Why is there only one size pizza? Simply put, this is the size that works best for our oven. We take pride in our menu and the items we serve. We want to provide you with the best experience possible.
  3. Do have have gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or other special request options available? Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate special requests. Often times, special items require an additional charge that will be worked out on a case by case basis. Please note that our prep kitchen and cooking surface are not allergy contaminant free, so allergy-based requests must be discussed in detail in advance and in certain cases may not be guaranteed.
  4. Do you cater for weddings? While we love catering for rehearsal dinners and all sorts of backyard events, we respectfully decline catering for weddings, thank you for your understanding.
  5. How far will you travel? Our prices include travel within 45 minutes but we will happily travel greater distances for your event for an additional travel charge. The oven is very big and heavy and doesn’t do wonders for gas mileage. Additional travel fees will be discussed on a case by case basis.
  6. Do you serve alcohol? No, but it does compliment our pizza very well!
  7. What do you require for space to set up? We need a flat, dry spot that’s 20 x 20 that we can get to easily with a truck and trailer.
  8. What do you supply and what do I need to supply? We will supply the food and beverages that you have contracted for. We will also supply napkins and plates.
  9. What if it rains/snows/etc the day of my event? We all live in New England and know that the weather can be challenging at times. We are equipped to serve in most conditions and would hope events have a bad weather backup plan of their own. If an event had to be cancelled, we would work with you to reschedule the event at our next mutual convenience. If a rain date is important to you please mention this to us!
  10. Do you have a physical restaurant? No, the only place to get our pizza is at private parties or public events we attend.
