- What do you use to cook your pizzas? We have a custom built mobile pizza oven that we built from the ground up just to cook you great pizza. It’s fired by locally provided kiln-dried wood.
- Why is there only one size pizza? Simply put, this is the size that works best for our oven. We take pride in our menu and the items we serve. We want to provide you with the best experience possible.
- Do have have gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or other special request options available? Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate special requests. Often times, special items require an additional charge that will be worked out on a case by case basis. Please note that our prep kitchen and cooking surface are not allergy contaminant free, so allergy-based requests must be discussed in detail in advance and in certain cases may not be guaranteed.
- Do you cater for weddings? While we love catering for rehearsal dinners and all sorts of backyard events, we respectfully decline catering for weddings, thank you for your understanding.
- How far will you travel? Our prices include travel within 45 minutes but we will happily travel greater distances for your event for an additional travel charge. The oven is very big and heavy and doesn’t do wonders for gas mileage. Additional travel fees will be discussed on a case by case basis.
- Do you serve alcohol? No, but it does compliment our pizza very well!
- What do you require for space to set up? We need a flat, dry spot that’s 20 x 20 that we can get to easily with a truck and trailer.
- What do you supply and what do I need to supply? We will supply the food and beverages that you have contracted for. We will also supply napkins and plates.
- What if it rains/snows/etc the day of my event? We all live in New England and know that the weather can be challenging at times. We are equipped to serve in most conditions and would hope events have a bad weather backup plan of their own. If an event had to be cancelled, we would work with you to reschedule the event at our next mutual convenience. If a rain date is important to you please mention this to us!
- Do you have a physical restaurant? No, the only place to get our pizza is at private parties or public events we attend.
